Hearing Aids

Wireless Technology

Has your hearing loss prevented you from getting the most out of important connections to people, information and entertainment? Certain digital hearing aids are "wireless". Wireless hearing aids connect wirelessly by way of Bluetooth signal to other electronic devices, such as the television, cell phone, landline phone, computer, MP3 player, etc.

In addition to connecting to various devices, wireless digital technology also allows one hearing aid to communicate with another hearing aid. Wearing hearing aids binaurally (one on each ear) is the best way for a person's brain to process sound.

With wireless hearing aids in both ears, hearing in "stereo" is accomplished which can help with word understanding and background noise.
